Bayero university Kano 2012/2013 post utme details and exam date

This is to inform the general public especially those who choose Bayero university Kano that the date and procedure for their 2012/2013 post utme has been released


The Federal University formally known as Bayero University Kano (BUK) invites all candidates who chose them as 1st choice in the 2012 unified tertiary matriculation examination conducted by JAMB to a screening exercise schedule to take place om Monday 10th-12th Sept. 2012

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
Candidate who score 180 and above for the programmes in the faculty of;
* Agriculture
* Art and islamic studies
* Education
* Sciences
Candidates who scored 200 and above for programmes in the faculty of;
*Law
*Social and management science
*Engineering
*Medicine(except MBBS candidates-220 and above)

DATE FOR REGISTRATION
The screening will take place in the university campus along Gwarzo road by 9am on each day.

Candidate are advise to be at their a. ssigned venues by 8am prompt at the new campus.

DAY1: Monday 10th Sept. 2012 biological sciences
these comprises applicant for the faculty of medicine, P.H.C, biological science, chemistry, biochemistry, Education and faculty of agriculture; all programmes in the faculty of Engineering, physic, maths computer science, Technical education. Math education, education science, education physics/geography

DAY2: Wednesday 12th Sept 2012 Laws, Arts and all education art.
This include candidates for the following programmes; all course at faculty of law, course at arts and Islamic studies, Adult education, special education, library sciences and all education art courses

HOW TO APPLY
Payment for the exercise will commence as from Wednesday 22nd August and close by Friday 7th Sept. 2012

To fill the form;
*Kindly log onto www.buk.edu.ng and click
*Post utme registration
*Log in with your utme registration number and your total aggregates
*Upload your picture and your bio-data
*Proceed to download your PAYMENT INVOICE.
*Go to zenith bank nation wide and pay no-refundable fee of #2,500(being cost of screening and administrator charges)
*Return to the portal and print out your EXAM CARD(preview and confirm your information b4 printing the exam card.

N.B: Applicant are to come along to the screening centre with following materials
*EXAM CARD (photocard)
*2B pencils and Eraser

Also note that;
*Applicant who chose BUK as 2nd choice need not to register as they are already disqualified.
* Candidate whose utme subject combination is wrong for the programme applied need not to register as they are already disqualified.
